Gramac Quartz TR200 heavy duty belt curves are designed for demanding industrial conveyor applications where higher load capacity and durable belt construction are required. The TR200 range provides a load capacity of 200 kg/m, measured along the conveyor centre-line (C/L), and allows thicker conveyor belts to be fitted around end pulleys with a maximum diameter of 200 mm.
When appropriately specified, thicker conveyor belts can provide high levels of abrasion resistance and cut resistance. This makes TR200 belt curves particularly suitable for conveying irregularly shaped loads such as scrap metal, as well as sharp or abrasive products including tiles, slates and cast concrete building products.
