TR200 Heavy Duty Belt Curves
The design of the TR200 range belt curves gives them a higher load capacity of 200 Kg/m (measured along the C/L) and perhaps more importantly allows a thicker belt to be fitted around the 200mm max diameter end pullies.
Thicker belts can provide a high level of abrasion resistance and /or a high degree of cut resistance. The TR200 model belt curve, when fitted with an appropriately selected belt, is therefore particularly suitable for conveying irregular shaped loads like scrap metal or sharp and abrasive products such as tiles (see inset photo), slates, and cast concrete building products or where abrasive dust is prevalent e.g. coal bagging plants.
